6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies primarily through Google Analytics (GA4). These cookies collect anonymized data about how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on site, referral source, and general geographic location (city/region level). No personally identifiable information is stored in these cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile (our CAPTCHA service) may set a cookie to verify that form submissions come from a real person. This cookie does not track your browsing across other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for up to 2 years from the date of collection, or until the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled — whichever comes first. After that period, your data is deleted or anonymized.

If you become a client, we may retain project-related records for up to 7 years to meet legal and warranty obligations under Alberta law.

This includes encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls on our database, and use of reputable third-party infrastructure providers. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices.

10. Data Transfers Outside Canada

Some of our service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Google) store or process data in the United States. By submitting information through our website, you consent to this transfer. We only use providers who maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
